Although it’s the perfect partner to the apple, the pear is in a league of its own. Hunter Orchard's pears are crisp with juicy flavor. Our fruit is tree ripened.
EMPIRE APPLE

Ambrosia apples are crips and juicy with a sweet, honeyed flavor. They’re also naturally low in acid which means they’re slow to brown after being cut open. Ambrosia apples store well and are both an eating and cooking apple.

Empire is a sweet apple with a crisp texture and bright white flesh. It is best when eaten straight from the tree. At Hunter Orchards, these apples got to market the same day as harvest. It has the characteristic and unusual McIntosh flavor with a hint of melon or pineapple or elderflower.
FUJI APPLE

Fuji's pretty pinkish flush over a yellow-green background with a crisp, juicy and refreshingly sweet flavor make these apples a customer favorite. Fuji apples also have a very long shelf life compared to other apples, even without refrigeration.
GALA APPLE

Gala apples have a creamy yellow and crisp flesh, offering a mildly sweet flavor and flora aroma. Hunter Orchards Galas reach the peak of their sweetness on the tree and have a deeper red hue and a slightly sweeter flavor than other Galas.
LADY IN RED APPLE

'Lady in Red' tree bears fruit that is pink-red blushed with pure white flesh. It has a flavor balanced between tartness and sweetness, with a crisp texture and sensational aroma.
MCINTOSH APPLE

When first picked the flavor of the McIntosh apple has a strong sweet-tart taste with nuances of spice, this flavor will mellow slightly in cold storage. McIntosh apples can be used cooked or raw and in both sweet and savory preparations.
SPARTAN APPLE

Spartan is a small sweet apple. It has bright crimson skin and whiter-than-white flesh. We leave ours on the tree as long as possible, until they are crimson all over, as this allows the flavor to develop.
WINESAP APPLE

The Winesap apple tree gets its name from its spicy, wine-like flavor and aroma. Theses apples are top quality, multi-purpose fruit noted for the crisp, very juicy yellow flesh and its blend of sugar with high tartness.
D'ANJOU PEARS

D’Anjou pears have arrived. This sweet and oh-so-juicy pear has noticeable citrus flavors that leave you feeling fresh and energized. D’Anjou pears are one of the best keeping pears. We love it fresh as a snack or paired with sharp cheese, but you can also bake or poach this pear.
